Last Bite (“Last Bite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a local, family-owned meal-prep company serving the Treasure Valley in Idaho. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us — such as your name, mobile phone number, and email address — when you sign up for text updates, place an order, or contact us.
- SMS consent records — the fact that you opted in, and the date, source, and content of your consent.
- Order and service information related to the meals and services you request.
How we use your information
- To send you transactional and informational text messages you have opted in to receive — order confirmations, pickup and delivery notifications, and account, schedule, and service updates.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To fulfill your orders and operate our business.
- To keep records of consent and comply with applicable laws.
SMS text messaging program
Our SMS program is transactional and non-marketing. You opt in by submitting the sign-up form on our SMS Text Messaging Program page, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to text updates when you order or contact us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in data.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our messaging and customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel) that sends the texts you request, and our ordering provider that processes your orders. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law. We never sell your personal information, and, as stated above, we never share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies & tracking technologies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. These include essential cookies required for the site to function, and basic analytics that help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to sell your data or to build advertising profiles, and we do not share information collected via cookies for third-party marketing.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Our SMS opt-in and consent data is collected only from the information you submit on our forms — it is never gathered through cookies or tracking pixels.

- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or contact us to be removed.

Children’s privacy
Our services and SMS program are intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
